Description: The land includes Jackson Lake channel which flows to Lake Namekagon and splits the parcel. Both sides of the ¼ mile of shoreland are lined with undisturbed wetlands that provide plant and wildlife habitat. Loons nest on the east side of the channel. The property on the east side of Jackson Lake has no roads or other structures. The westerly part of the property contains about 30 acres of mixed deciduous and conifer forest and approximately 8-10 acres of shrub wetland and forested wetland. Minimal timbering has occurred resulting in a variety of aged trees.
