Description: The terrain is very diverse with steep ravines along the Fish Creek tributary and flat open fields on the north end along Hwy 2. The upland wooded areas are mostly birch and pine, while white cedar and hemlock line watercourses and bottomlands. South Fish Creek winds through the middle of the property and its water level fluctuates greatly over the seasons.
