Instructions to the Applicant:
Please answer all questions as fully as possible. Complete information will
improve your chances for selection and the purchase price paid to you for the
property's development rights.
You may attach additional sheets if necessary to fully answer a question.
Please attach
copies of all deeds, surveys, and lot certifications which describe the
property.
If any item is inapplicable, please mark it "N/A".
Remember, this is an application to sell or donate development rights to The
Town of Bayfield and place a conservation easement on the property. After
the sale of the development rights and approval of the conservation easement,
the use and development of the property will be permanently restricted
according to the terms of the easement.

sale of a conservation easement to The Town of Bayfield, Bayfield County,
